4. By submitting an image, you are giving the non-exclusive, worldwide, in perpetuity right to publish the photo in all mediums available now and in the future to thesharkswim.com and any of its later spin offs or affiliates. You agree to release any claims to that image and allow the shark swim to do with the image whatever it wants. (Just a bit of legal stuff to avoid any confusion among sharks…)
